My name is Tiffany Montes but some people just call me Star.
As a multimedia artist, I am constantly exploring new ways to express myself through different mediums and techniques. Photography and graphic design are at the core of my practice, but I am always looking for ways to incorporate other art forms into my work.
There are two sides to my work, on one hand, some of my work focuses on themes of surrealism, death, and new beginnings and on the other hand some pieces focus on inner healing, child-like wonder, and self-expression.
As I grow as an artist I find my styles and mediums change just like me. My work is deeply personal, but I believe it has universal appeal because it touches on themes that are relevant to everyone. By combining fine art with arts and crafts, I strive to create work that is accessible and engaging to a broad range of audiences. Ultimately, my goal is to use my art to spark conversations, foster connections, and inspire healing.
